Glen Head is proud to offer to its members a state-of-the art Golf Center. It's complete with a driving range with multiple targets, a short game practice area featuring sand traps and a multi-level green for mastering your wedge shots! Add to that a vast putting green and our flagship Indoor Driving Range, and you have the essential ultimate tools to improve your game.
If you want to be fit like a tour pro then the Glen Head Teaching Center is the place to go with our state-of-the-art Track Man 4 Launch Monitor. We also have a frequency shaft meter, a lie and loft machine, and swing weight machine all from Mitchell Golf to enhance your fitting experience. We have raised the bar and upgraded our fitting technology so our members can enjoy staying at Glen Head for this service. Remember, because of our indoor Teaching Center, inclement weather is no longer an issue if you need help with your golf swing.
We provide a wide range of tournaments, clinics and special golf activities for our members throughout the year.
Golf Dress Code
Men: Tucked in shirts with collars and sleeves must be worn at all times. Tank tops, T-shirts, cut-offs, sweat pants, bathing suits or athletic shorts are not permitted. Jeans, jean shorts or tennis shorts are not considered proper attire.
Women: Halter tops, bathing suits, sweat pants, athletic shorts or short shorts are not permitted. Jeans, jean shorts or tennis shorts are not considered proper attire.
Shoes: Only soft spikes are permitted. Children are permitted to wear sneakers.
Players who are inappropriately attired will be denied use of the facilities. It is the responsibility of the Member to inform his/her guest(s) of the dress code.
